General description

Imagine a small business owner who urgently needs visual assets—a logo, a presentation, or a banner for a promotion. Time is running out, there are no trusted designers at hand, and the freelance market feels like a lottery: expensive, slow, and with no guarantee of quality.

Our platform works like Uber: clients get vetted designers within just 24 hours, while designers gain a steady flow of projects, flexibility, and the opportunity to build their reputation.

Audience

Clients: small businesses—owners of cafés, online stores, and local services—who need fast, high-quality, and affordable visual solutions. They don’t have the time to dive into the complexities of hiring and value speed and predictability.

Designers: graphic designers, both emerging and experienced freelancers, who seek a steady flow of projects while maintaining independence—choosing their own rates, timelines, and workload.

Сompetitors

Today, clients face three main options:

Freelance marketplaces (Freelancer, Kwork, Fiverr): too much noise, lengthy selection process, high competition, and no quality guarantees.

Agencies: reliable, but expensive and slow.

Word of mouth: searching through personal networks, which is almost always too slow and inefficient.

None of these options combine speed (24 hours), simplicity (no endless messages or lengthy briefings), and confidence in the result—all at once.

What problem is solved

For clients: how to find a reliable designer within 24 hours—without wasting time on endless negotiations or risking quality?

For designers: how to secure a steady flow of well-paid projects—without exhausting self-promotion or constant competition on freelance marketplaces?

Value proposition and USP

For clients:
“Your ideal designer in 24 hours. No searching, no risks—just the top 5 candidates to choose from, with pricing, timelines, and portfolios upfront.”

For designers:
“Choose your own projects. Get a steady flow of clients without excessive competition, set your own rates, and build your reputation.”

Sales and marketing plan

1. Focus on small business pain points: communicate through “Urgent, fast, risk-free” messaging, with ad creatives based on real scenarios (“By tomorrow, you could already have your design ready”).

2. Simple funnel for designers: promise of consistent project flow and reputation growth, with a strong emphasis on “You set your own rates—no race to the bottom.”

3. Niche launch strategy: first market—small businesses + graphic design (a narrow focus builds stronger value and trust).

4. Social proof: testimonials, case studies, and real stories from designers and entrepreneurs.

5. Referral program: bonuses or reduced commission for bringing in peers.

6. Brand identity: a friendly “business lifesaver” for clients and a reliable partner for designers.

What support is needed

We’re currently at the hypothesis-testing stage and would like to gather feedback from entrepreneurs and designers:

How relevant is it for you to find the right specialist within 24 hours?

What matters most—price, portfolio, or speed?

For designers: what would be the main incentive to join the platform—a steady flow of projects, transparent terms, or the ability to set your own rates?

We would greatly appreciate your comments, ideas, and constructive criticism.
Your input will help us make PixMate more useful and convenient for you.
